    Harte-Hanks has developed the CI Technology Database™  (CITDB) for more than 35 years. In Europe, more than 50 trained researchers conduct more than 7,000 telephone interviews each month with information technology buyers in 20 countries.

The interview focuses on the different components of a specific location’s technology infrastructure as well as the contact profile and general company information.
